Cultivation & Ticket Donation Request Policy

Patron Cultivation

Trustees are strongly encouraged to bring prospective donors and/or subscribers to PSO concerts. For cultivation purposes only, complimentary tickets are available to any performance. Seating is subject to availability, therefore it is best to let us know as early as possible.

  1. To request cultivation tickets, contact Leah Robertson, PSO Director of Development. Leah will take the prospect’s contact information for our database and arrange for tickets.

  2. Following the event, you are encouraged to follow up with the prospect directly. It is our hope that your guests will present an opportunity for the PSO to grow its subscriber and/or donor base. If you prefer PSO staff to follow-up with the prospect, please let Leah know.

If you are seeking to purchase tickets for a guest or friend who does not fall into the cultivation category, please contact PortTIX at (207) 842-0800.

Ticket Donation Request Policy

The Portland Symphony Orchestra is proud to support fellow non-profit organizations in our community through donations of concert ticket vouchers to be used in fundraising events such as auctions and raffles. If you are involved with other nonprofit boards, or have an organization close to your heart that is looking for auction donations for a fundraising event, contact Leah Robertson at lrobertson@portlandsymphony.org or fill out our online form.
